Can I use my Live2Give membership discount online?
Yes, providing your account is up to date, simply enter your membership number when prompted to do so during checkout. If you are eligible for any discount, your invoice will update to reflect your applicable discount. Please note that vouchers and discount may not be combined.
Do you accept Cash deposits?
Yes, we do. During checkout, kindly select the "Cash Deposit" option. After checking out, note the 8 or 9 digit order number in the top right hand corner of your order receipt. Deposit the total amount at any FNB bank, payable to Rythmic Beat with the following details:

Once done, email the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders must be paid for within 10 working days of the order being placed. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 days. The reference number on your deposit slip is absolutely essential. Please ensure that the exact amount is paid as Rythmic Beat will only process your order when the exact amount payable is received.
Can I use a Rythmic Beat or old Live2Give paper voucher online?
Rythmic Beat Online accepts digital vouchers. As such, any Rythmic Beat (paper) gift vouchers that you may still have in your possession may be swapped out for a digital voucher.
Live2Give (paper) vouchers that activated prior to 31 May 2012 may be swapped out for a Rythmic Beat Online voucher. All vouchers subsequent to this date were delivered via SMS to the cellular handset registered with your membership.
In both instances above, kindly contact the Rythmic Beat Online call centre to arrange a swapout. Please allow at least 24 working hours to process your request.
What do I do if any pages don't display correctly on my browser?

What's the difference between DVD and Blu-ray ?
Blu-ray (BD) was developed to enable recording, rewriting and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as storing large amounts of data. The format offers more than five times the storage capacity of traditional DVDs and can hold up to 25GB on a single-layer disc and 50GB on a dual-layer disc. In addition BD differs from DVD in the following categories : storage capacity,laser technology, disc construction, image resolution, player compatability.
What payment options do you offer?
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card or Diners credit cards or by bank transfer into the Rythmic Beat bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Should you make payment via credit card, the reference on your credit card statement will be “Virtual Supplier Woodmead”. American Express is unfortunately not accepted.
How do I edit my details (email address, password etc)?
You may edit your account details only once you have logged in.
Can I contact you via SMS?
Unfortunately not. Our SMS system is a one-way only system. Kindly contact us either via email or the callcentre number.
